Coming up next week! Our school musical "Part in a Pear Tree" will be performed on Wednesday December 11th from 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Assessment Folders - Tomorrow I will be sending home assessment folders with all students. These will contain student work that I have assessed over the last couple of months. Please have a look at the work in these folders and sign off that you have reviewed it before sending it back to school. You will also see our resent Casi assessment that we completed. Students would have completed similar reading assessments to this last year.

Classroom Families - Each homeroom is collecting non perishable food items as well as basic hygiene items for families in need. Our homeroom class has been given a family with a mother, 3 teenage girls and one teenage boy. We are also collecting simple gift items and money to purchase crock pots for each of these families as they are currently living in hotel like settings where their only means of cooking is a microwave. All donations are welcome!

This week in Math we will be working on representing and ordering whole numbers to 100 000.

This week in Language we will be continuing with our persuasive letter writing and looking at how to complete research to support our arguments.

This week in Religion we will finish up our prayers for the morning announcements and will begin sharing these on the announcements with the whole school.
