Welcome back everyone and Happy New Year!
This week is a slow week in terms of events which will help us quickly dig back into the curriculum.

Homework: Please bring back all ski and skate permission forms that went home before the break.
** No formal homework this week but students are encouraged to be reading for 20-30 minutes every night and may log onto mathletics and hapara to view the other activities that are available to them.
Math ... This week we will be moving into our unit on Algebra.
Language ... This week we will be completing an formal Ontario Writing Assessment from the OWA program. This is the writing equivalent to the Casi assessments which we have been completing in Reading.
Religion ... This week in Religion we will be discussing the Epiphany.
